I used to have the Howe ice flake in 2010 it was a very reliable machine. You can buy the Chinese ice flakes for one quarter the price and they work even better and are reliable and basic like the Howe.
That is a thread on unit. To change out the braze in's, do you have to evacuate the system? Or can you just swap the cap lines attached to the bottom of the switch
Just fixed a freezer today thanks to your video. Plus a you got a new subscriber!
I own an mp2x then realized theMP1 was more convenient so found one on ebay ,great little bag.
I can't find a thermostat like that any help
I have installed one of these 3s. I never get a green light and won’t cut off the compressor. Module has power and sensor ohms good. What do you think?
Those green compressors… what kind are those? And did any of those bad boys run off CO2?
Thanks fir sharing....subscribed.
Got into commercial refrig not too long and now about to take refrigeration state exam for contractor. I read from forum it's best to pinch it because sometime it leaks. Thanks for the videos.
Good job. Please share to me the news videos. Thanks
Great video bro
That's not a rack it's a unit huge difference
Yes. Where are you getting a rack from ? I never mentioned a rack
Can anyone translate to west coast? 😂👍
🤣
thank you I just installed one of these and I had the same issue. I couldn’t figure out the leak. You saved me 🙏😩
The main reason you want the scroll to stop pumping down around 15psi is to not send too much liquid through the scroll at the top of the compressor. It’ll damage and ruin the scroll compressor.
How many of those valves work?! XD
Does that valve modulate or is it on/off? I don’t believe I have seen a headmaster maintain a head pressure (180) at the theory goes of what it’s supposed to do, even on a new install… what is the range accuracy (+/-) ? The one I did replace once, was plugged with dirt in the strainer. Under the seat I found a chip of something holding it open. I inquired about replacing the 3/8” strainers in the entry ports because Sporlan doesnt include them in the replacement valve, go figure,… Simons has none in inventory, and said they need a minimum order of like a box of 500 to order them or some ridiculous thing like that. They weren’t about to order them. I ended up installing a fan cycle control on one of the two fans…
Really good stuff! thank you so much not many good teachers anymore.
I love my Phoenix meters wouldn’t trade them for the world
Veri good
Basically a hot gas bypass valve 🤔
Seems simple enough
Got a single unit started kicking on and off. I adjusted for longer time but next day doing again? Do they go bad or do you think gas low? Fridge is cold.
Just replaced one of these for the first time . Very good info man
Thanks for sharing 😊
I’m working on a heat craft evaporator that does not currently have a defrost termination fan delay. Should I be looking for a jumper between N&F to remove in order to install a defrost termination fan delay?
im in queens are you looking for an apprentice
Good driver cam angle. 🍻
Realistic van thats not all Milwaukee and tools that arent needed. Full of parts
This question is 5 years after the video but do you trust the gauge on the pump as your only micron gauge?
Yes I do but I also like to use another one on the system also
HI bro can make a video about how to pump down the cooler
You also holding a defrost heater on your fingers😂
Thanks for the info. I take it there is no way tool adjust differential setting on the high side? Factory set?
Thanks boss, this playlist you made is amazing. 10/10. you won a spot in heaven for sure 😂
I'm working on a turbo air walk-in freezer. At start up, the fans would not run because the fan delay was not cold enough. What will cause that fan delay to get cold enough to kick the fans on if the room is at 65 degrees Fahrenheit. Does the compressor just keep kicking in and out on low pressure till the room gets cold enough?
What would happen if the head pressure control failed open?
Thats what mine looks like. I replaced it i had a spare new one at home. My unit still has issues though after replacement the fan wont turn on or the compressor. The cap is testing 3.5 MF lower than its rated so ill replace that too and see if they kick on.
Thats a big rig!🤠😎🏁
This is an old reach in cooler it does have a solenoid on it too
It goes in defrost like normal but I don’t know why I see 120 volts on x no matter what the clock is in
If you see 120 volts on the x terminal all the time is this normal? It’s running a gravity system coil no fans or heaters I don’t understand how they have this clock wired
Your power drill and a car detailing brush kit, or kit on a sander make this super easy!!
Can you spray the dust before brushing it off in step 1? To minimize particles being disbursed everywhere?
So if you push in the contractor to pump the rest out you could in theory sweat out any components like solenoid valve without the fear of creating fosgene? Some tech I’ve trained with always cut into the line and let the residual bleed out wherever the solenoid in my example would be. Just curious I could take this knowledge and show the techs something they have over looked.
Are you one tech no assistance or helper in job?
That's awesome thanks sir if you need a partner in repair I'm just waiting for your support 🙏
Thanks sir very clear explanation
Walk in cooler with a chattering contactor on the condenser. What do you think. Has a penn A421 control. I’m new to the walk in cooler world
Perfect
Question: I have a Copland Copeland EALA-0200-1AC compressor. What do recommend I se the dial pressure sensor at for both high and low pressure?
